Il est courant de dire qu&#8217;en Chine, il est possible de manger de tout, et en effet il y a dans ce num\u00e9ro, une d\u00e9clinaison tr\u00e8s sophistiqu\u00e9e de recette \u00e0 base d&#8217;une grosse \u00ab&nbsp;limace&nbsp;\u00bb de mer&#8230; (j&#8217;avais dit gourmand ?!)
